Co-founder of English Jump Start Online, a leading ESL (English as a Second Language) company.

Qualifications

I have been teaching English online since 2014. I have a university degree in Psychology. I hold a TEFL and TESOL certification of 120 hours each (total 240), and I specialize in spoken English, Business English, Medical English and Conversational English.

Accomplishments and Interests

Taught Outdoor Pursuits to grade 8, 9 and 10’s
Volunteered at an orphanage
Administered First Aid during rugby and hockey matches
Lead higher Drakensberg hike for grade 10 learners
Volunteered as a lifeguard
Volunteered at a halfway house for people with psychological handicaps
Did Internship at a Student Counseling Resource and Development
Student Counselling Resource and Development Centre volunteer.
Volunteered on Phelophepa train, providing counselling services and workshops for the community
Taught at various different High Schools
Taught foreign language learners English online for a number of years

In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, studying and philosophy. I am also fluent in Afrikaans.
