Contract–

Upon purchasing classes from English Jump Start Online, you will receive the following contract to sign and send back to us. This contract is designed to ensure that our students receive the best possible instruction and that our teachers’ time is honored. Please read the following contract carefully and sign and return it to us as soon as possible.

Thank you for choosing English Jump Start Online as your language learning partner. To ensure that your experience with us is enjoyable and productive, we ask that you carefully read and adhere to the following policies:

Attendance: Please attend each of your scheduled classes on time. If you cannot attend a class, please inform English Jump Start Online at least 12 hours in advance via WeChat or email. English Jump Start Online can reschedule your class for a different day and time, with no financial penalty.

No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive in class within the first 10 minutes, you will forfeit that class. Exceptions can be made for infrequent emergencies. Please communicate with English Jump Start Online as soon as possible to reschedule.

Late Policy: Your teacher will wait in the virtual classroom for the first 10 minutes of class. After 10 minutes, your teacher will leave the classroom. The class will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Teacher Rescheduling: If your teacher is sick or has a family emergency, and no other teacher is available, your class will be rescheduled. English Jump Start Online will make every effort to communicate with you ahead of the scheduled class.

Technical Difficulties: If you or your teacher experience technical difficulties that prevent the class from taking place, we will reschedule the class. If we experience ongoing technical issues over several classes, we will work together to solve the problem.
